Hi everyone,

Some of our users have posted an issue that they are getting an error message while fetching rates - 'Error Failed to fetch rates using Yahoo API. Invalid rate response from Yahoo API'.

We discovered the Yahoo API is not in compliance with Yahoo terms and conditions that's why we are withdrawing that and using another one 'Fixer API'.
To update your system just replace the attached Patch in this location:
libraries/sellacious/helper/

Hi,

This patch was for sellacious v1.5.1 only, now obsolete.
Included in sellacious v.1.5.2 and afterward.

Hello Step,

Have you configured the access key for Fixer API, as Fixer and Currency Layer API both need access API keys?

I just added a Fixer key in Global Configuration "Fixer Forex API key" field
Where else should I add it?

Hello Step,

Are you using a free version of fixer.io API? If yes, this allowed only 1000 fetch/month. However, you can also Currency layer forex API.

Free version, but it doesn't seem to work.
Any other options? Switching to Google currency didn't help also
