The review/ratings add-on does not seem to show for public users, only logged in users. This problem does not exist on the original template only the SP version so I dont think it is a permissions issue.

Please kindly advise.

Hello Jeff,

We've checked it on our systems and it's working fine for us. It could be configuration issue from your site.

If you can share credentials of your site on DM, we'll able to check this issue and solve it for you.
