I would like to ask the customer a question of "any special requirements" and I have added a checkout form field and the customer can add their own text.

However I cannot seem to get this information to appear in the email template so I cannot see the info that the customer has typed in at the checkout

Hello Miles,

You can add the shortcode available for checkout form field in the email templates. You can check the available shortcodes from Sellacious Backend > Settings > Global Configuration > Email Templates. Open the template related to order or payment and in shortcode tab, you'll be able to see the shortcode %CHECKOUT_FORM%.

This shortcode will enable all available fields of the checkout form.
