How to remove add to cart, reviews, and rating, etc, etc
My website is only for product display so I need to exclude most of the functionalities.

You can disable the checkout feature of sellacious from Sellacious backend > Settings > Global Configuration > Shop Settings. Select No, for Allow Checkout option, this will disable the add to cart and buy now button from your site.
To disable the Reviews and Ratings from your Site, go to Sellacious backend > Settings > Global Configuration > General > Disable Product Rating.
