Hi,

i'm trying to migrate my development sellacious site (windows) to a prduction environment (linux).

I've configured the server like the requirements (https://www.sellacious.com/documentation-v2#/learn/basics/system-requirements) and followed this instruction (https://www.sellacious.com/community-support/2048-migrate-to-different-server-domain) to migrate, but not everything is working.

My web site it's ok
My joomla adminitration it's ok
My sellacious administration isn't workig

When I try to log in into the sellacious administration panel, Im receiving this error:

PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 536870912 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes) in /public_html/libraries/src/Log/LogEntry.php on line 116, referer: https://www.fsb.com.br/index.php/pt/

PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 536870912 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes) in /public_html/libraries/src/Session/Session.php on line 388, referer: https://www.fsb.com.br/index.php/pt/

PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 536870912 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes) in /public_html/libraries/joomla/database/driver.php on line 1887, referer: https://www.fsb.com.br/index.php/pt/

PHP Warning: Unknown: Cannot call session save handler in a recursive manner in Unknown on line 0, referer: https://www.fsb.com.br/index.php/pt/

I've already tried to increase the memory into the php.ini file, but the error keeps showing.

Does anyone has some clue about whats going on ?

Hello Feijão sem Bicho.

Can you send us the login details of your site so we can check this? We may need the server details if Joomla details don't work.

Thank You

Hello Feijão,

Make sure you have updated the tmp and log path in the configuration file.

Thanks for the reply!
I've checked the path of the log and tmp folder and it was correct into the configuration file.

I don't know whats going on, so I copy the php.ini from the windows machine and paste on the linux machine, change the path and values for the new machine and voilà, the administration page is now working!!!

But, after navigating through the application, I saw that into the SP Page Builder from joomla administration isn't working.
I'm getting a similar error message:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 536870912 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes) in public_html/libraries/src/Log/LogEntry.php on line 116

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 536870912 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes) in public_html/libraries/vendor/joomla/registry/src/Registry.php on line 89

Thanks again for the reply Vijaya.

I've done the migration again, and I found the problem. It was the path of the tmp and log folder, as you said before.
My mistake was to change into the php.ini file and I've forgot to change into the configuration.ini file.

Thanks again!!
