I'm starting to get a site set up - I can't figure out why products aren't displaying in the category or seller's view. You can see that the "Home Decor" category shows "1 Product" when when you click on it, no products.

And seller store is empty:

However, you see see the product from a direct link:

https://utahartandcraft.org/index.php?option=com_sellacious&view=product&p=P13V0S873

What configuration is missing here? Permissions issue?

Hi, Make sure you have saved the product under a valid category. If the product is saved without category or category corresponding to the product is unpublished, the product will not show up in list pages. Please make category(if not) and assign it in product edit.

If you look at the links provided - yes its in a category. Its in the Home Decor category, which shows "1 Product" but does not display any products when you click on it. The seller link shows "1 Product" but doesn't display any products either.

Can you also tell me after what steps you have faced this issue, any configuration or setting you changed, which can caused this issue?

Joomla 3.9.18 / Sellacious 2.00beta1 / PHP 7.3.17

I started with the quickstart, and have made some configuration changes, but have gone through them many times to see if anything would impact this. Login account provided.

It was because of the config Show Zero Rating. I have enabled it for now. We'll get it fixed in the next release.
