I already had 3 instances from 3 different buyers when Stripe plugin sent an email saying that the order has failed and then Sellacious would send a 2nd email saying that the order is successful. This bug is confusing me and my customers a lot. The log system useless, it does not show why the error occured, it only shows the email that was sent.

Also,

Stripe payments don’t show up on the dashboard’s revenue today box. If I have 3 orders, the revenue today box will show $0.00. They never get computed.

I need to fix these problems.

Thank you for reporting, I would like to know can you see those transactions in orders (all status) if yes what is the status of the transaction?

The order status shows as “Payment Approved”
okay, and what does stripe say about those transactions?

have you tried a test transaction your self? can you find any logical relation between those 3 having conflicts? how are they different than others and common with each other?

Stripe also says that transaction is successful.
That’s a good question. I am not really sure what can cause this, all 3 accounts are different.
The items and number if items they ordered are also different.
I am not seeing any similarities between the orders or accounts.
Okay so both failed and successful emails are generated by sellacious? one by stripe and one by sellacious?

Both emails are from Sellacious, one is saying that the order has failed and the other one that iwas a success. No emails are coming from Stripe.

I have disabled the failing payment email notification until this is resolved.
