i just installed the latest version. shopper selects cash on delivery / cheque. they hit the paynow button and then show receipt.

I am also having the same issue. I want to avoid showing Order/Recipt/Invoice to the customer if the Payment is Pending Approval.
Or Atleast be able to mention in these document UnPaid instead of Paid.
