Kindly check whether you have the seller user group in your joomla administrator. If seller user group is not listed then you need to create it by Go to the joomla adminstrator -> Users -> Group -> For creating the new group click on the new button and select registered as its parent.

You can create the sellers by two ways:
First, Seller can register from the frontend. Second, You can create the seller by the joomla admin group.

i did what exactly what you advised >>> creating a new group of sellers under "Registered" in Joomla control panel

but

nothing appeared in permissions page to select a seller ...... as per the image attached first time :/

I got your message and replied also, but you didn't see replied there. So, I'm posting here again.

This is because sellacious isn't installing correctly. If you can change the upload size to 50MB from 8MB, this issue can be resolved. After changing the size please re-install sellacious.
