Suddenly, the categories and product number remain on the front-end, but when clicking on them, I get that nothing is in that category. I double checked the categories and the Joomla menu config as well as tried Auto Fix and Cache Rebuild, but nothing seems to work.

Hello
You must verify in what category is published, and if the product or products, are approved by the administrator in case that approval is required.
