Hi
i get a "Failed to set the payment options: The selected payment method does not exist" error when i use the payment methods on the site.the page reloads and when i select again the payment method its successful. Im using helix ultimate. is this caused by incompatibility?how can i fix it?
or can i perhaps change the error message to something like "confirm order and pay"?

and also how do i add filters to the front end?

I think these are my last two issues before i purchase the full license.

Hello Victor,

The issue you were having was because you updated the PHP version to the 7.0.0, which has many bugs recommended not to use as their developer also doesn't support updated on this version, although we have fixed the issue I'll suggest you update PHP version to the 7.1.

ive also noticed it views that as two separate orders with different order ids meaning someone may be charged twice for the same order. it also then sends two different emails to the buyer/shopper

Yes, this is a compatibility issue with helix ultimate. We will fix this soon.

You can change this msg from the sellacious backend > Languages > Translations. Search the text you want to change.

To add filters to the frontend, you need to add a module for sellacious filters, from Joomla administrator > Extensions > Modules. Assign this module to the position you want like Left. After this, in the module, select in the menu assignments, the pages in which you want this filter module to be published.
Those menus should have the layout which supports the position of the sellacious filter module. By default in sellacious templates, we provide a left layout which contains the filter module.

After I get the a "Failed to set the payment options: The selected payment method does not exist" error it requires the user to select a payment method again...after which it completes the order..i noticed however when testing that the first time a payment is done it somehow marks it as an order and assigns an order id ie #1...the second time a user selects payment too it will have an order id ie #2..both these times it sends an email with the details of the order to the shopper

I tested this on your site thrice and unable to find the issue you reported here. However, I have noted down this will look into it more. I have checked you're using an old PHP version which can lead to poor performance of sellacious. Please take a look at the below link to know about the requirements for sellacious.

hi Vijaya,ive also checked it and seems to have vanished..il test it with all payment options and report if i have errors

when i changed the php version on my server all images on sellacious disappeared.what appeared was the no image yet placeholder.i can give you my cpanel credentials.
