If you're quickstart of sellacious, you can see the menu Reguster As a Seller in Footer. If you're using fresh sellacious (not quickstart), you can create a menu for seller registration from Joomla Administrator > Menus. Create a menu item and in menu type select the Sellacious > Register as a Seller.
