Can I know what are you getting about TCPDF? As the issue was fixed in 1.7.1 and you're using 1.7.2.

Also kindly check if the plugin "Sellacious - Template for Orders" is enabled. If not, enable this plugin.

The latest release of sellacious 1.7.3 will be out this week. Update the sellacious to the latest version and this issue will be fixed.
