Hi. I have changed and created new e-mail templates but when I tested it still sending the Sellacious original template version so my changes have not taken effect.

Do I have to clean any cache for e-mails?

Hello Jeferson,

Is this fixed now? I changed your email templates to previous templates. I suggest to not create any new template and modify the original templates.

Any answer? I have also updated Sellacious, cleared every cache (Joomla, Sellacious and Cloudflare) but it still sending the old version of the e-mail template (Registration Successfull) and not the new one created by me.

Is this happening for all the email templates on only one email template?

Have you tried editing the already existing email templates? If yes, and still not working, please send me your site details in DM.

Yes. I have edited the already existing templates and it is happening with one template only (Registration Sucessfull). I have already updated Sellacious as well and it is still with the problem. How can I send you my website details in DM?
