Point out that in the product questions email templates the% header% and% footer% shortcodes do not work.
Moreover it doesn't seem possible to hide some questons in the frontend and not even delete some in administration.

We have noted this down.
The fix is under progress and will be released in up-coming release. However if the answer is not replied it won't be visible on the frontend.
