I would like to know if it's possible to customize the fields at the Sign Up page.
I would like to:
1 - remove fields,
2 - include personalize fields
3 - If isn't posible to remove, I would like to omit the field (leaving de value as default ou pre-defined.

Yes, you can do both.
1. Go to Sellacious Backend > Categories > Client/Seller category > Profile Fields. Hide the fields you want to hide.
2. To add more fields, go to Sellacious Backend > Additional Attribute > Profile Fields. Create a field group first and then create fields as per your requirements. Now, go back to Sellacious Backend > Categories > Client/Seller category > Profile Fields and add created profile fields in the Custom profile fields.
