Is there a way to show all the 1st level categories? I mean the ones that have "Parent Category = NONE". In all the styles, except Collage, it is necessary to specify a category. I need to have a grid of all the first level categories and then navigate to subcategories and products.
Or the only way is to create a Master category Parent of all the rest. But in this case, this Category is also included.

You can use the sellacious Product Categories menu type for this. This is same link shop menu item in the demo of sellacious, which shows all parent categories.
