Hi

I recently moved my site to a new domain (just restored a backup to new domain with akeeba) and I think its the reason Sellacious has stopped working, when i go to get a new free licence, i input the email but i do not get an email from you with an activation code.

I want to keep the old site as a test site, so i would need a new license I think. Is it possible you can manually issue me one?

Also when i come to upgrade to premium, i take it when i choose pay monthly i will still have to downgrade to 1.7.3? How will that affect the changes and configurations I have made?

Thanks

Hi Vijaya

When installing the core package, I received an error message in joomla admin. Screenshot attached.

The extended package installed fine.

Run cache, same problem persists. I have attached latest error log.

Also in Sellacious admin it is saying it is on v2.0.0-beta1

Thank you.

Hello Jonathan,

Please download the latest version from here beta3. https://www.sellacious.com/download

After that try the update and run the cache. If you are facing the same error, send me the latest cache log.

Thanks & Stay Safe

Hello Jonathan,

No, that was the cache. Are you getting any type of error or something after cache? Can you check the cache log file in the tmp folder in the ROOT of your site? It should be something like this s-cache-.......log. Please check the latest one.

Thank You

Hi Vijaya

Thanks. How do I do this? I've tried using the cache button in Sellacious and obviously cleared the cache options in joomla admin. Is there something else that you meant by this?

Thanks

Hey Jonathan,

Yes, it's because of the restoration. You need to run the cache manually on the new server. After that, you will see the products in the list views.

Kindly, mark this post as resolved. If you have any other questions, you can post it on the forum separately.

Thanks & stay safe

Hi Vijaya

Thanks, that's great.

License is now activated, although Sellacious pages on frontend still not resolving (through links in main menu), or giving "cache storage not found for products" error. I had thought this was due to the license issue, but now looks like it got damaged in the restoration (of test site to main site) as test site menu links working fine.

Thanks

Hello Jonathan,

Can you check this again? You should be able to receive the email about license/OTP now.

I want to keep the old site as a test site, so I would need a new license I think. Is it possible you can manually issue me one?

You can create a test/staging subdomain and use the main site license.

Also when I come to upgrade to premium, I take it when I choose to pay monthly I will still have to downgrade to 1.7.3? How will that affect the changes and configurations I have made?

You can use monthly license on the version of the sellacious you have.

I hope this helps.

Thank You
