hello guys

i have installed the sellacious system to my joomla 3.9.20.

when opening the start page the following error is comming up:
"Failed to write the output to the given file."

can someone tell me why or write me the solution to solve this problem?

We are not able to recreate this issue, sellacious is working fine with joomla3.9.20.
Pls share more information so that we can pin point the issue.

Contrary to what I said yesterday, the system does not quite workEmoticon Wink
Whenever I create a data record (product, seller, buyer, ...), the page with the above-mentioned error message comes back (see attached image).
Apparently this is due to some file permission or the database.

Hi, make sure root directory files have write permission.

hi,

so - now I seem to have really solved the problem - amazing what such a single character can make up Emoticon Tongue
the problem was with PLESK 12 - that gave me a colon ( : ) in the link to the temporary path instead of a semicolon ( ; ).
changed that and now everything seems to work ...

so now i will test the entire system for working.
