Hi, right now banner on category page is coming from category image rather than category banner image due to some bug. we will fix this as soon as possible.
For now kindly user category image.

Hi. My issue is with the Category image or banner in the Products Page.When redirected to the Products page the Category image is not shown, even if allowed in Front End options.
Is there a way to show the category image or banner in the products page. I can manage how the products of a given category are displayed, but the last Sub Category info is lost. It would be great to have the Sub Category imgage.

Hi, thanks for detailed explanation. In config there you have enabled "Redirect if no Sub Category", which is making the category page to go directly on list page rather than showing category page which consist of category image description etc.
Kindly disable that.

Hi.
What we need is to have the Category Image or Category Banner on the Products listing page. I mean, we need to have this image on the products page just above the products listing.
There is a configuration for this at the category level and at the Front End display options. "Display Banners on Product Listing View".
No matter what configuration we set, the product listing view never shows the Category or SubCategory image or banner.
I tried disabling the "Redirect if no Sub Category" and then I never get the product listing. If I set the category levels to 2, it gets redirected to Products listing but no image or banner either.
How to get the category image or banner on the products listing just above the products list ?
