The europe localization version does not work in version 2 beta (how can it be installed?)

Hi, pls upload csv by extracting the zip (if not already), and after installing csv, select from the available countries to finally import the desired geolocations.

When importing the file, this error message appears:
Warning Could not validate the uploaded file. Make sure you uploaded a valid geolocation database obtained from sellacious.com.
