"The products cache is outdated. You need to rebuild cache once after sellacious has been updated to a new version."

Basically I get this error if I try to add a product in Sellacious products.

Any ideas?

Hi,

Kindly rebuilt cache by clicking this button in sellacious backend.

https://www.sellacious.com/community-support?controller=attachment&task=download&tmpl=component&id=1009

If this does't fix the issue pls send us latest cache log s-cache-xxxx.log in tmp folder.

Thanks

Hi,
Glad i could help. You can always ask questions here and take help from our documentation https://www.sellacious.com/documentation-v2#/learn/
on your other question pls look for helix framework and joomla doc for this.

Actually I do have one question, so I'm trying to use the JSKart template, but can't find many good resources stage by stage telling me how to set up my pages and link them etc, do you have any recommendations of where to look please?

Fantastic, thank you so much Indresh! I'm super new to this, and spent ages looking online trying to fix it, all saying to do various things with hosting files etc, glad this did it!

Would I be able to ask you some more questions when I inevitably come across some more problems?

Cheers
Sam
