Fresh sellacious install doesn't let me access "your messages" as the super user, only appears:

Hi,
Do not just refresh the page because when you save the global configuration many parameters of your marketplace get changed.
This is not an error but a message that you are not eligible to use seller-buyer chat feature.
You have to enable Messages in Frontend feature in Settings->Global configuration->Premium Settings in order to continue using this feature.
NOTE: This a premium feature and available to premium plans only.

Here i made a video showing the whole configuration and showing the problem, and the sellacious update is still breaking my installations no matter how i do it.

Here's a video showing exactly my problem. Notice it's a FRESH install no changes at all. And it breaks messages saving ANY change in the backend configuration.

Hi,
Please check access settings of your messages menu in joomla backend.
If that is ok then other option you can try
to update your sellacious by downloading core and extended package from here https://www.sellacious.com/p/core/sellacious

It isn't working correctly. It works only on a fresh install but I have a really customized install that isn't working and would like to fix it.

The blank page isnt the problem, its working correctly there.
i did the joomla update and its still working on the testing install, so i dont know why it isnt working in the production install.

I did a whole new install in the testing server, i dont get that message anymore, now i get whats seen in the screep cap.
I think the problem starts when i update joomla to Joomla ‎3.9.28

Is there a way to re-activate after updating the joomla version?

on checking in 2.0.0-beta1 the error was not found when we visit "your messages" menu.
Try fresh installing quickstart package from here https://www.sellacious.com/~sellacious/download and let me know if still you get the error.
