We have just purchased a Premium license and we cannot find the Site ID for our website. We have a free trial version already installed but that license has expired. The instructions say to find the Site ID in green at the bottom of the admin, but we don't have that since the free license is expired. What do we do now?

No. 1 requires a site ID (which we don't have) and No. 2 requires installation, which we have already done. If we reinstall per No. 2, will it wipe out any customizations we have done? (CSS, etc.?) Your documentation could use clarification in this area.

Hello? We need to get this fixed. Can you manually create a Site ID for our existing installation? It was done under a different account/email address than the Premium version we just purchased.

To further explain, I originally installed the free version for Tina, and then she purchased the monthly plan. When I log in using my username (vincetheprince) I see this:

As you can see, the Site ID for her site is SSSS2792 (Tupelo Pointe in the screen shot). If I then login with Tina's login and paste that site ID into her Premium subscription, it all seems fine until I return to the site admin where it still says license expired. The issue seems to be that the site ID is tied to a previous URL that we have formerly used for testing (https://vps72761.inmotionhosting.com/~red3surf).

Furthermore it seems that if she received a license key then we could enter it here:

Hello Vincent,

In the below screenshot, please click on the register for the new license, after that, use the email address for the free license from which you purchased the monthly license. After completing the process you will have the site ID. Use this ID to replace the one in the premium license. If you have any other questions, please let us know. We can also have the zoom call if you need it. We are available from 9 AM to 6 PM IST.

Furthermore it seems that if she received a license key then we could enter it here:

Thanks for the reply. When I do that the next screen says:

"A verification link has been sent to the given email address.
Click on the activation link to proceed."

But I never receive any email. And yes I checked junk/spam too. Please help!
