I am a newbie. I recently paid for 1st month subscriptions.
I am opening a wholesale marketplace in South Africa
I only need data for South Africa... Do i really need to purchase the whole Africa data?

I need to know if i will be able to do setup free shipping in various cities for free in South Africa.
or province wide free delivery... Is there a way for the buyer to filter these cities or locations to find products for free shipping or paid shipping within a location.

In South Africa we have provinces, cities, towns - no districts and zip codes (its called postal codes and provinces)
will this reflect on the data provided?

Generally if you do not want city, zip/postcode level rules, you do not need to purchase additional geo location.

In case you have to purchase, you have to purchase for entire Africa, however, while uploading you can opt to import only your country data.

yes, you can setup free shipping based on city. currently, yes you can filter products by free shipping
