This is happening almost every day to me, when the Stripe plugin makes a succesful transaction and Sellacious marks the order as Failed. When that happens, the order does not show up in my orders, because Sellacious only lists successful orders. This bug needs to be addressed as soon as possible, I keep losing successful orders.

I have included a screenshot of a failed transaction. As you can see from the screenshot, Sellacious sends an email to me, the email says that this transaction has failed, but it also says that it was approved and finalized, which means Stripe successfully processed the payment.

Please fix this as soon as possible.

Hello Tim,

Please send us your site and cpanel credentials so, we can fix this issue ASAP. And also please don't change the credentials, til the issue is not resolved.

Sorry for the inconvenience you're having with the stripe plugin.

The issue you reported, is fixed now. Stripe plugin is in the test mode and will be released soon. We'll inform you once it's done.

Hi Tim,

The Stripe plugin is being tested and is expected to release till Wednesday July 11, 2018.

We understand that it is critical to your business. Therefore, we are providing you the current beta build of the same. You can test this on a staging copy of your website. If you find it working correctly then you can install it on your live site.

Please be aware that it is not yet released and tested by us, so it is advised that you do not install it directly on your live site without testing on a copy.

I cannot download it from the website. My dashboard download link is giving me a 404 page not found, this is the URL https://www.sellacious.com/dashboard-alias/downloads

My only option is to buy it again right now.

Hi Tim,

We checked and figured out that you've have downloaded the plugin many time and hence the limit was exhausted. We have reset the limit for you and you should be able to download now.

Hello Tim,

You haven't updated your stripe plugin to its latest version 1.1.3 (tested and live version) from 1.1.2. I updated the plugin, please check.

Hi, Stripe plugin definitely has an issue, I just got another failed order today, which was successful. The plugin randomly marks orders as failed, and there is no way to recreate this problem. Can any developers look into this ?

It's a big problem for me, because I lose the order and I cannot mark the order as shipped. I have to contact buyers by email all the time. Sometimes buyers make multiple orders thinking that payment failed, but it was not. I end up sending them refunds.

Can you make the Stripe plugin check for the following return string "Your payment transaction was approved and finalized by Stripe." If Stripe says approved then the payment is successful, no reason to mark it as failed.

I just had 2 more failed orders, by 2 different customers.

This could be caused by slow server response, maybe you can increase the time out interval? I know your PayPal plugin has timing settings, Stripe timings cannot be configured. Just an idea.
