This is happening almost every day to me, when the Stripe plugin makes a succesful transaction and Sellacious marks the order as Failed. When that happens, the order does not show up in my orders, because Sellacious only lists successful orders. This bug needs to be addressed as soon as possible, I keep losing successful orders.

I have included a screenshot of a failed transaction. As you can see from the screenshot, Sellacious sends an email to me, the email says that this transaction has failed, but it also says that it was approved and finalized, which means Stripe successfully processed the payment.

Please fix this as soon as possible.

Please send us your site and cpanel credentials so, we can fix this issue ASAP. And also please don't change the credentials, til the issue is not resolved.

I am marking this as resolved for now. I will continue to monitor the plugin and if problem returns, I will reopen this case.

We identified a potential problem with Tim's installation, we have fixed it, Let us wait for sometime to check if the problem still persists. If the problem is fixed we will release newer version of stripe plugin for everyone.

I just had 2 more failed orders, by 2 different customers.

This could be caused by slow server response, maybe you can increase the time out interval? I know your PayPal plugin has timing settings, Stripe timings cannot be configured. Just an idea.

Can you make the Stripe plugin check for the following return string "Your payment transaction was approved and finalized by Stripe." If Stripe says approved then the payment is successful, no reason to mark it as failed.

Hi, Stripe plugin definitely has an issue, I just got another failed order today, which was successful. The plugin randomly marks orders as failed, and there is no way to recreate this problem. Can any developers look into this ?

It's a big problem for me, because I lose the order and I cannot mark the order as shipped. I have to contact buyers by email all the time. Sometimes buyers make multiple orders thinking that payment failed, but it was not. I end up sending them refunds.

I have updated my plugin to version 1.1.3 last month. This problem still exist in the new version.

You haven't updated your stripe plugin to its latest version 1.1.3 (tested and live version) from 1.1.2. I updated the plugin, please check.

Hi Tim,

We checked and figured out that you've have downloaded the plugin many time and hence the limit was exhausted. We have reset the limit for you and you should be able to download now.
