This is happening almost every day to me, when the Stripe plugin makes a succesful transaction and Sellacious marks the order as Failed. When that happens, the order does not show up in my orders, because Sellacious only lists successful orders. This bug needs to be addressed as soon as possible, I keep losing successful orders.

I have included a screenshot of a failed transaction. As you can see from the screenshot, Sellacious sends an email to me, the email says that this transaction has failed, but it also says that it was approved and finalized, which means Stripe successfully processed the payment.

Please fix this as soon as possible.

Hello Tim,

Please send us your site and cpanel credentials so, we can fix this issue ASAP. And also please don't change the credentials, til the issue is not resolved.

Ok hope you guys sort this out bcs stripe is one of the best payment processors
We identified a potential problem with Tim's installation, we have fixed it, Let us wait for sometime to check if the problem still persists. If the problem is fixed we will release newer version of stripe plugin for everyone.

I am still monitoring it, I had very few orders with Stripe since the fix.

I am marking this as resolved for now. I will continue to monitor the plugin and if problem returns, I will reopen this case.
