Paypal Standard checkout works payment is recieved but sellacious reports unsuccessful, please see attachments.

Have I configured something wrong?

Hello All,

You can Download PayPal Pro for free from https://www.sellacious.com/p/sellacious-extensions/payment-plugins/paypal-pro. This PayPal plugin has the feature you want with PayPal standard already.

Thanks Vijaya!
I am able to fix this problem by turning off Auto return for website payments in my Paypal account.
But, there is also Payment data transfer (optional) which has Identity token. If we put this identity token in our site, then the fix will also work on keeping the Auto return for website payments On.
Can you help us to locate where we can put this Identity Token.

Hello Arshad,

This is error occurs when a user doesn't return to Sellacious by clicking on the 'Return Merchant', as it is important for sellacious to know that payment completed.

If this error still persists after the above explanation, let me know.

from a customer point of view, add an item to basket and follow the checkout process, as per the images paypal completes (in a live environment) the order and processes the payment but sellacious fails to see the successful transaction.
