We are having trouble when a seller add's a product, it says product added successfully but it doesn't show in the product catalog even after refreshing the cache. Please help.

Hello Humair,
This issue was because of Marketplace wasn't enabled. I have enabled the marketplace and now, seller's will be able to add their product to catalog.
You can check this configuration in sellacious backend > Settings > Global configuration > General > enable the Marketplace.

Hello Humair,
This issue was because of Marketplace wasn't enabled. I have enabled the marketplace and now, seller's will be able to add their product to catalog.
You can check this configuration in sellacious backend > Settings > Global configuration > General > enable the Marketplace.

Thanks for help. In my case the issue got resolved by putting settings/ global configuration/ seller/ Require product Approval = NO

Well I have enabled by seller seperate but sellers cannot add their products, good job this is still since start only a none production site.

Sellers can add product if they have appropriate permission. Permissions can be managed from backend>left side navigator>settings > permissions
