Global custom field

Global custom field functionality is added in sellaciosu now. A custom field can be set as global at the time of adding it. A global custom field will appear as read only in all the product categories and relavant edit fields for other attributes.

To create a global custom field follow these steps. Here we take a product attribute example but same can be done for other attributes too-

1. To make a global custom field of product attribute go to Additional Attribute->Product Attributes

2. In edit window you will get option to make the field Global

3. A field can be set global from list view too

4. Once the field is set global it will show as read only in category as behave as core field

5. This field will be available as core field on product edit

Similarly Global fields can be set for other additional attributes too.
