Seller shipping rules

1. Login with seller account.
2. Go to the sellacious admin panel.
3. Go to the settings,Then select the permissions.
4. select the user groups as 'seller'.
5. Give the permission for the seller to create tax from the admin account.
6. For creating the shipping rules for seller, Go to the shop and click on the tax and discounts from the drop down bar.
7. Fill the information for the tax and discounts.
8. Save the tax and disounts details by save button.
